How to get here?

  • The best way to get to the hotel is to take a taxi from the Airport.
  • It will take around 15 minutes and costs 20-25€ approximately.
  • There are two other options:
  • A. Take bus number 1 (public transport) from outside the terminal. Get off at bus stop Auditorium and then walk up 15 minutes approximately.
  • B. Take bus number 1 to bus stop Plaza de España. Get off and either take bus number 5 or 46 to bus stop Andrea Doria, 42. You will see the BP petrol station on the corner. The hotel is just behind.

What is the check-in time?

Your room will be ready from 13:00. In case of a morning arrival, it is possible to leave your suitcases in our luggage room, for free.

What is the check-out time limit?

On your departure day you can keep your room until 12:00pm. We will be very happy to keep your luggage after your check out if need be.

What are the reception opening times?

Our reception is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel? ¿Is it free?

There is free and fast internet connection in the whole hotel building.

Do you have a SPA?

We offer you a spa area which includes Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi.

The use of the SPA is included with your room reservation. It is open from 16:00 until 21:00, 7 days a week.

And a gym?

The hotel has a spacious fitness area. Open from 7:00 until 23:00 every day.

Is there a parking?

Yes, there is a small parking in the building for 5 cars. It is free of charge but is not possible to reserve a space, you should ask for availability on your arrival.

Do you have smoking rooms?

No, for your comfort and safety, the hotel is an entirely non-smoking place. A smoke detector is located in each room.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, the hotel has been checked by vets.

Do you provide hair dryers?

Yes, all our bathrooms have a hair dryer.

Do you have a laundry service at the hotel?

Yes, you can find the rates in the information book in your room.

What are the hours of the breakfast service?

Breakfast is served from 7:30 until 10:30 from Monday to Saturday.

On Sunday it will be until 11:00.

I have allergies. What do you suggest?

We can arrange gluten free bread and soy milk for your breakfast. Feel free to mention it on your reservation.

Why the price is cheaper on the official website of the hotel?

No intermediary is involved in this process, as we can offer you the best rate available.

I have made a non-refundable reservation. Could I cancel it?
